How to eat for youthful skin

Up your antioxidant intake 

Antioxidants protect the body and skin cells from damage. Ensure you are eating a variety of fruits (e.g. blueberries, strawberries and figs), vegetables (e.g. broccoli, spinach and carrots) and topping up your meals with antioxidant-rich herbs and spices such as  cinnamon, oregano, cumin and parsley.

Eat more healthy fats
