Matricaria Chamomilla is a well-known gut soothing herb, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

• Relieve flatulence and as a carminative;
• Relieve abdominal bloating and distention;

• Relieve colic (wind/gas pain); and
• Improve digestive weakness and work as a digestive tonic.

Aloe Vera
has been traditionally used for the soothing action it provides to the
mucosal tissue of the gut. It contains polysaccharides which contribute
to its calming benefits.

Slippery Elm has been
traditionally used for its soothing properties. Derived from the bark of
the red elm tree, it has a mucilaginous gel-like texture and a
"demulcent" (relieving irritation) action on the mucous membranes of the
gut and oesophageal lining which provide a soothing effect.

Directions & warnings

Mix 4 g (1 scoop) of powder with water or your favourite drink 1-2
times daily and stir well. Consume immediately. Or as directed by your
health professional.
