Questions & answers

So can this replace my c serum? What is the Cpercentage?
The Oil provides natural sources of vitamin C so works quite differently to a synthetic vitamin C serum which can often cause skin sensitivity and irritation. If you wish to continue to use your vitamin C serum you can mix it with this oil however we recommend using our No.3 Exotic Goddess Ageless Serum which contains a high percentage of naturally sourced vitamin C as an alternative.
-
Can your serums and oils be used under the eyes
This product can definitely be used to hydrate, brighten and nourish the eye area. It does not contain extracts such as Coffee, Cucumber and Gold which are present in our Gold Rush Eye cream which is designed to boost circulation, reduce puffiness and refine fine lines around the eye area.

Would this be the best product for reducing pores? I love my other edible beauty products, but looking for something specifically targeting pores. Thanks!
To mimise pores we recommend ensuring you are taking the time to unclog pores and reduce bacterial build up which is where the problem often starts.
The products we recommend for doing this include:
- No.1 Belle Frais Cleansing Milk - this product is a purifying cleansing milk containing salicylic acid. It works to unclog and refine pores and reduce congestion whilst leaving the skin's oil balance in check
- Desert Lime Flawless Micro-Exfoliant - regular exfoliation ensures that sebum and impurities are being swept away from the skin on a regular basis. Our exfoliant contains beads of rice which gently remove bacterial and sebum build up along with natural alpha hydroxy acids to brighten and refine the skin
- Sleeping Beauty Purifying Mousse - this is a pink clay mask which helps to draw impurities and refine pores. It is best used 2-3 times a week in place of your moisturiser.

What is the difference between the Snowflower Illuminating Face Oil and Exotic Seed of Youth Oil
The Snowflower Oil is designed to brighten and nourish the skin - it is rich predominantly in vitamin C abundant botanicals. The Exotic Seed of Youth Oil is more suited to ageing and skin prone to oilininess. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acides which are wonderful for reducing inflammation and combating free radicals. The Exotic Seed of Youth Oil penetrates deeper into the skin due to smaller molecules which makes it ideal for skin prone to acne as the oil will not sit on the skin surfact clogging pores. Marula fruit and Sacha Inchi Seed found in the Exotic Seed of Youth oil are rich in antioxidants and great for balancing the overproduction of sebum.

Hi! Could I use the Illuminating Snowflower Oil in combination with the Exotic Seed of Youth Oil? Maybe one in the morning and the other at night?
Definitely. You can either alternate them daily or use the Exotic Seed of Youth Oil in the day and the Snowflower in the evening. You can also layer them by using the Exotic Seed of Youth Oil first and the Snowflower Illuminating Face oil in the evening.

Hi Anna, Is this suitable for oily and acne prone skin? As I’m very keen to try it after reading all the positive reviews but no one mention having an oily skin. Thanks
The Snowflower Illuminating Face Oil is very well absorbed into the skin so does not promote oiliness. Having said that I think it is a good idea to introduce it after you have addressed your tendency towards oiliness. The best products we have to do this include our No.1 Belle Frais Cleansing Milk and our Soothe Me Balm. The cleanser helps to purify the skin and unclog pores which may be causing the oil / sebum build up whilst the Soothe Me Balm contains an aloe gel base (vs an oil base) which is rich in salicylic acid which helps to address oil production. Our Toner Mist provides extra oil balancing support with a few key botanicals (May Chang and Calendula Extracts).
After two to three weeks on these products I would intrdocue the oil at night (just a drop or two is all you need) and gauge whether you are fine to then use it day and night!
