Three Thirst Quenching Iced Beauty Tea Recipes
With the weather warming up, Iced Beauty Tea is a wonderful way to refresh and absorb the beautifying nutrients in the tea. Three of our favourite summer Beauty Iced Tea Pitcher recipes are below. They can be sipped whilst soaking with the gorgeous Soak Society bath salts, or enjoyed at your next dinner party instead of wine. I love to travel with them in a flask for extra hydration as the weather warms.
Green Goddess Detox Mojito
This spritzer provides the beauty benefits of our No. 1 Green Goddess Detox blend. St Mary’s Thistle, Schizandra and Dandelion Root work to detoxify your liver, while citrus peel and lemongrass promote lightness and radiance. The addition of mint, lime and citrus to the iced edition of our Detox blend gives your standard mojito a run for its money.

Fountain of Youth Sangria
This sangria contains the "flowers of youth", hibiscus and rosehip which are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C to give your collagen production and immunity a boost. The trio of beauty berries (cranberries, blueberries, goji berries) along with white tea and green tea provide a further antioxidant boost, reducing inflammation, promoting healthy skin ageing and enhancing weight loss. Kombucha tea is a probiotic-rich black tea which is naturally fermented with a living colony of bacteria and yeast. It works to improve digestion and promotes healthy gut flora.
