Cookie Dough Protein Balls
This is the only protein ball recipe you will ever need! Filled with fibre, healthy fats and protein, these balls can be kept in the freezer and enjoyed when you are needing a chocolate pick me up. The whole family will enjoy them!

Protein per serve — 8g
Ingredients
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup coconut nectar
1/3 cup almond meal
¼ cup Complexion Protein+ powder
½ cup vegan chocolate chips
For the chocolate coating
1 cup vegan dark chocolate melted
Salt flakes to garnish
Method
Combine the almond butter and coconut nectar in a bowl and whisk together. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Form into balls and place in the freezer for half an hour, or until firm. Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with slat flakes. Place in the freezer to set for half an hour and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for 1 week or in the freezer for 2 months.
